Scrubbing your grout with a toothbrush isn't getting it clean? That's because your sanded grout is porous and no amount of scrubbing will remove that deep down filth. Those soils are being held captive by the capillaries of your unsealed grout.

A strong alkaline stripping agent is sprayed and then agitated in. This helps to break up all the film and deep soils. Our cleaning tools then blast away with 230-degree water at 1,500 psi, all the while extracting the dirty mess into our truckmount's recovery tank.

The best way to maintain your clean grout for years to come is with a good quality color seal. This waterproof seal will fill in the pores of your sanded grout to prevent any soils from taking hold. It also gives your grout lines a uniform makeover for that brand-new look!
