Unlike other companies, we don't restrict room size to only 150 or even 200 square feet.  Why not, you ask? Because that's just too small!  We are proud to be the company that offers the largest room size allowed per area in the industry.  Any single room under 300 SQUARE FEET will equal ONE AREA... all day, every day!

ORCA Care strongly promotes upfront, hassle-free pricing. Consumers should never feel they are being "taken for a ride" when it comes the service they are paying for. Therefore, we openly display our prices and methods of charging in order to ensure our customers receive the service they assume they are getting for the advertised price (please see our price list below). We don't charge by how dirty your carpet is. To us, it's either cleaned or it isn't. So, we never offer any options less than the best, thorough deep cleaning.

Every cleaning service includes the moving of furniture (see Question 3 in the FAQs for more info) and all necessary spot treating at no extra charge.

AREAs are defined as according to the labels on a floor plan of a house. For example, living room, dining room, bedroom, hallway, flight of steps... etc.

Each area label will be counted as 1 area, as long as that single area is under 300 square feet (length x width). Any single room that is 300 sq ft or over will be counted as more than 1 area.

1 to 299 sq ft = 1 area

300 to 499 sq ft = 2 areas

500 to 699 sq ft = 3 areas

700 to 899 sq ft = 4 areas

900 to 1,099 sq ft = 5 areas

.....and so forth.

*Note, we DO NOT charge by square footage, but by number of areas. Therefore, partial sections of multiple areas may not be combined to equal a single area price.
