This is only the arrival time frame, not the total service time.  We will arrive sometime in-between your scheduled time frame.  Our time frames are set this way to ensure we will be able to meet all of our customers' needs for that day.  We cannot accurately predict how long each job will take, and we will never rush through any cleaning or leave any job early in order to get to the next customer.  In turn, you'll receive that same commitment to excellence from us!
